For now, please download our registration form using the link below, print it, fill it out, and send it with your check for the membership dues to the address shown. We ask that you be a male, 18 years of age or older, who agrees with SGM's purpose:
The purpose of SGM is to provide for a fellowship of gay and gay-friendly men with common interests who wish to share their experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another as they provide emotional support, peer identity, and acceptance.
Annual dues start at $15 depending on the options you select. The registration form lists the benefits of membership. If you are an active member and are concerned that your membership may expire soon, know that we send a pre-filled registration form to your home address prior to your membership expiration date. If you misplaced this, feel free to use this form below.
Special Note: If you attend our 30th Anniversary Party in November, you'll be eligible for $5 off the membership dues.
